Musical Passion (Seaside Busker)

This was a young man singing and playing guitar at the tourist viewpoint at Seaside, OR. Here he was just belting out some beautiful words. He was so passionate about his music that he at times got down on one knee, or spread his arms to somehow grasp more energy from everyone. He was truly wonderful to watch and listen to. Again, I didn't get his name.
Will call him Matthew.
