As promised, here are some of the 'reflection' photos I took this week in Vancouver. The last one shows one of my first Gastown photowalk photos with Brook. It's a favourite, these come in a close second. Enjoy!
|Brook and I sat in front of these rotating doors for about 15 minutes. I think I took about 20 photos of them. We were looking for one of them to be spinning while the other stayed still. Also, the reflections in the windows were always changing depending on what was speeding by on the sidewalk in front of us or behind us. See the two of us in the reflection bottom right? It was a really cool photographer's moment!|
|Everytime I go to Vancouver, I am in awe all over again when I look up at the buildings. They are a combination of old meeting new and seem to balance each other. The next few posts will be from our photo walk today. Brook and I were in fine form again....meandering around the streets, sometimes losing each other, and at other times, we found ourselves taking the same photo but not noticing each other doing it. It was a successful, relaxing day today.|
